This is an antique brass cutlery set from the Joseon Dynasty, Korea. (The Joseon Dynasty was a Korean dynasty that lasted from 1392 to 1897.)
Brass chopsticks do not deteriorate over time like wooden chopsticks, and once polished they can be used for a lifetime.
It also goes very well with Asian cuisine in general (Chinese, Thai, etc.).
In Korea, spoon-shaped spoons are called sukkara. The spoon part is shallow and flat, and the handle is long, making it a very convenient shape for mixing dishes like bibimbap.
Furthermore, because each piece is hand-stretched and one-of-a-kind, it has the unique flavor of a handcrafted item.
In addition to Korean dishes such as bibimbap, soondubu, and naengmyeon, the brass gold color goes well with any dish.
It can also be used as a server for serving large dishes when dining at a party or other large gathering.
